Heather has 30 years of experience in human resource management and organisational development.
Heather has worked with executive teams and boards on remuneration, leadership development, succession planning and the management of major change. Heather has held senior HR roles in diverse industries including manufacturing, financial services, retail, insurance and health. Heather has had responsibility for local and regional teams and has worked extensively in Asia, North America, Italy and China. She has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Western Australia.
